Goat Cheese Salad w/Thyme Honey Dressing

A crisp, aromatic white wine from Spain’s Rías Baixas region. It’s known for its bright acidity, fresh citrus and green apple notes, with subtle floral and mineral undertone, combines creamy, tangy goat cheese with a lightly sweet dressing made from thyme-infused honey, which  herbal sweetness and a gentle floral touch. The vibrant acidity and citrus flavors of the Albariño cut through the rich creaminess of the goat cheese, cleansing the palate with every sip. 

Fried Manchego w/Fig Balsamic Reduction

Vibrant Spanish red wine known for its medium body, bright red fruit flavors like cherry and raspberry, balanced acidity, and subtle notes of spice, leather, and oak.

Fried Manchego cheese — a nutty, salty sheep’s milk cheese — paired with a sweet and tangy fig balsamic glaze that adds richness and complexity.

Mushroom Stroganoff

A medium to full-bodied Argentinian red wine known for its dark fruit flavors (blackberry, plum), smooth tannins, and hints of spice and earthiness. Paired with sautéed mushrooms, onions, and garlic cooked in a rich sour cream-based sauce, often flavored with mustard and paprika. It’s hearty, earthy, and velvety. The earthiness and umami of the mushrooms complement the wine’s subtle spicy and earthy notes, while the creamy sauce balances the wine’s tannins and acidity, creating a harmonious matc

Apple Bread Pudding

The cubes of bread soaked in a custard with apples, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla, then baked until golden and tender. It’s sweet, cozy, and richly textured.
